Our "Northern Star" is to boost on-site satisfaction, allowing visitors to fully enjoy their time on the slopes. By catering to modern needs and preferences, the initiative reflects the company's commitment to meeting evolving guest expectations and ensuring a seamless resort experience.
We innovatively developed an app for "power users", aligning with their specific needs. Our strategy involved a strong market position, user-centric design, and a unified visual identity across various ski stations. This approach ensures an immersive, personalized experience for each user while maintaining a cohesive interface.
