In 2020, with the onset of the Covid pandemic, collectors found themselves unable to participate in sales in person. Given their lack of a functional application and an unresponsive website, BAM joined forces with Drouot to create and launch a mobile app. This strategic move aimed to establish a presence in the expanding online auction market.
The implementation of a non-connected user experience coupled with highlighting key features has led to a significant increase in initial engagement. This approach has contributed to converting more potential users into created accounts, notably due to the simplified inscription process. The new functionality allowing simultaneous tracking of multiple sales has enhanced our user satisfaction.
